Valvoline/Andy’s Old Milton Parkway, Alpharetta, GA
TNR Old Milton, an affiliate of Abernathy Development Company, purchased the vacant QT along Old Milton Parkway. TNR/ADC then demolished the old gas station and convenience store structures and performed site work for Valvoline to develop their store. TNR then sold the remaining property to Andy’s Custard.
With a recent grand-opening in May, Chick-fil-A’s corporately-guaranteed lease features ±14.75 years of primary term remaining.
Built in 2020, this 2,176-square-foot freestanding building is constructed to Chick-fil-A’s newest urban infill concept.
10% rent increases every 5 years throughout the initial term and in each of the eight 5-year options.
