Originally developed in 1995, Augusta Exchange is a major power center located in Augusta, Georgia along I-20 and Bobby Jones Expressway. Phase I and Phase III consisted of 95 acres with 800,000 square feet of high quality retail tenants with stores originally including Target, PetsMart, Chick-fil-A, Winn Dixie, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michael’s, Old Navy, Staples, Regal Cinema and other big box tenants. Phase II was approximately 18 acres with nationally known restaurants such as Logan’s Roadhouse, Cooker, Chili’s, and Tony Roma’s along with Zany Brainy and Gateway 2000.
